A link didn't work
First check platform support. A lot of “broken” links are actually unsupported cases: private accounts, Reddit galleries, Vimeo streaming-only videos, Tumblr HLS video, or Instagram Stories (which aren’t available in the web app). Each platform page lists its specific failure modes and fixes.
I hit the rate limit
The free tier allows 3 downloads every 6 hours. The window rolls — wait it out and it resets. There is no paid tier to upgrade to yet; Pro and Studio are waitlist only and are not billing.
Something is claimed here that isn't true
Please tell us. Accuracy is enforced by an automated check, but the check only knows what we taught it. A false claim on this site is a bug and we’ll fix it.

The Privacy Policy has the full data flow, and security explains handling in plainer terms, including what we don’t claim.
Copyright and takedowns
Follow the DMCA procedure. We review complete notices promptly. We don’t publish a guaranteed response window, because we don’t operate a monitored service level that could honour one.
